REFUNDS
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. All sales are final.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE
Orders are processed and verified within 5-10 business days, with delivery taking an additional 3-7 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by updates when your order ships and is delivered.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO ORIGINAL SENDER
If your package is returned to us, email INFO@AKOOLUNIVERSITY.com.

Returned orders get a credit (excluding shipping).

Order delivered but i have not received it.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier to locate it or file a lost package claim.
Once your claim is approved, email us at connect@valeforever.com to request a replacement or store credit.
lost or missing packages
A Kool University is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot be held liable for missing or stolen items. For lost packages, please file a claim with the carrier before reaching out to us.
change shipping address
Once an order is confirmed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. We kindly ask that you double check your address before placing your next order.
cancel my order
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Once an order is confirmed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

can i make an exchange
If you need a different size or received an incorrect, damaged, or mislabeled item, you may exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
Return Guidelines:

Items must be unworn, in new condition, with tags attached.

Items that don’t meet these conditions will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed.
i have not received an email confirmation
If you haven’t received an email within an hour of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder.
If you believe you entered the wrong email, contact us at info@akooluniversity.com with your order number and last name, and we’ll resend your confirmation.
